The CARE Fund Board of Directors is pleased to announce the award of a Distinguished Researchers Grant to the University of Washington. The $500,000 grant provides start-up funding for Dr. Yaw Nyame to support his research addressing the health system and biological mechanisms underlying health disparities in prostate cancer care, particularly for African-American men.
